Baldwin Paving continues to be the contractor and material supplier of choice for the Metro Atlanta area. We focus on quality of product, personal integrity and establishing sustainable relationships with our customers and employees. Started in 1979, Ernie Baldwin and John Harrison, Sr. began paving tennis courts, using to their advantage their care in a quality product and their approach with customers. Today the company has grown to include over 450 employees, 9 asphalt plants in Metro Atlanta, a bridge division, and a solid relationship with the GDOT, municipalities, developers, and general contractors.

Asphalt Mix Sales
Baldwin Paving produces approximately 1.4 million tons annually. With nine asphalt plants in the metro area, Baldwin Paving can cater to any of your hot asphalt mix needs. We produce asphalt material that exceeds all GDOT requirements.

Heavy Civil Construction

Commercial Paving
Our commercial division has successfully completed multiple projects from small retail centers to huge warehouse facilities ranging from $20,000 to $3,000,000+ with some of the leading contractors in the state of Georgia. Started in 1979, this division has grown to into the largest commercial paver in the state of Georgia with over 4 million tons of asphalt placed to date.

APS Partners Terminal
Baldwin has liquid asphalt storage through it's partnership in Lithonia, GA. This facility is served by CSX and stores up to 40,000 Tons of 64-22 and 76-22 bituminous material. Contact Brian Ware (770-403-7844) for inquires.
