The first bridge project for Baldwin Paving, this project was completed on time and on budget.  The Project Management, Superintendents, Foremen, crane operators and carpenters that have joined the team have made this division a quick success and has enabled it to grow to three high-quality bridge crews in a very short timeframe.  This project was awarded a Director's Commendation from GDOT for "excellent control of top mat steel cover".  Baldwin received a rating of 100 points out of a possible 100 on all spans.
